  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged during return will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will typically appear in your account within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hometrendcrafts.com and send your item to the address provided after obtaining an RMA number.
